Taylor is a common name, so I adder my connection to the name which is my mother. Research is a lot of work and really is a lot more fun when you can share it. This is one of the reasons for this blog. The second would be so I can share and try to identify some of the people in the pictures. This is a big project and hope it works well.
I am going to upload some older pictures and label them as soon as I can. I am scanning them in at a higher DPI in case I do find something I might want to zoom in on.
One of my aunts (Judy) sat with my Grandmother and asked her about some of the pictures. She sent it to me on a DVD. She would of been talking about pictures that Gordy scanned in. My genealogy friends spend a lot of time putting things together and labeling them.
I was talking to my mom today and was told Sonny was Grandma peters son that lived where he could have 24 hour care. I don't remember if I ever heard what was wrong with him. I did ask what grandma Peter's name was so I could make sure I had the correct facts with the right people. So Grandma Peters name was Alma. So now you see what happens, I am Lynn and Alma is my mom's grandma who was the person talking and I have to translate to my great grandma.
